These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Crew Dock platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using The Crew Dock on behalf of a vessel or company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

The Service

The Crew Dock provides a crew operations platform for luxury yachts, including crew onboarding, document storage, timecards, expenses, incident reports, maintenance and uniform requests, and approvals. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Vessel, owner, captain, or management accounts are responsible for the crew members they invite.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or using the platform to violate any applicable law.

Submissions and Records

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including timecards, expenses, tax forms, and reports. The Crew Dock maintains an operational record on behalf of the vessel but is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of submitted data.

Fees

Paid plans are billed to the vessel, owner, captain, or management company, not to individual crew members. Fees, plan details, and billing terms are described on our pricing page and any applicable order.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Crew Dock is an operational tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. You are responsible for meeting your own legal and tax obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Crew Dock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. You may stop using the platform at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
